Why Let Me Run?

I was hooked on LRM the first time I saw a Let Me Run boy finish the 5k and immediate turn around to run the rest of his teammates in. Helping boys learn to be independent and selfless is an amazing feeling.

Why Let Me Run?

"I am involved in Let Me Run because I believe in the positive messages of the program and I truly love running. The program provides many tools to help our boys make good choices about their physical and mental health. It has been an amazing experience to coach. My son absolutely loves the program."

Why Let Me Run?

As a lifelong runner, Let Me Run hits home with me on so many levels. It’s great to see the boys train and complete the 5k, but the social and emotional aspect are equally important. The work done in the program to help the boys understand the importance of communication, expression and being connected to peers and adults is fantastic!

Why Let Me Run?

Programs like Let Me Run foster the development and passion for a lifelong sport such as running. It is also a fantastic program for helping to encourage kids to get active and inspiring boys to develop confidence about themselves and socially. In a day and age where positive influences are sorely needed, Let Me Run is a program that can achieve that goal.

Why Let Me Run?

I’m really excited to be involved with LMR. The physical, emotional and social skills boys will develop from this program can change their lives forever. Helping children to understand themselves at an early age is so valuable.
